These granola bars should be a staple in every house!
½ c each honey and peanut butter 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 c granola 2 c popped corn ½ c peanuts
Dried fruit (optional but highly encouraged!)
Chocolate chips (optional, but really, why not?)
Warm peanut butter and honey to a boil then remove from heat and add vanilla.
Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Pour peanut butter, honey, and vanilla mixture over the rest of the ingredients and mix. Press into an 8x8 glass pan (buttered).
Chill to firm, then cut.
Store in an airtight container.
