Due to the way these oils are processed, and the health risks associated, here is a list of fats and oils that we recommend you steer clear of:

  • Soybean Oil

  • “Vegetable” Oil

  • Cottonseed Oil

  • Margarine

  • Shortening

  • Imitation Butters

Purposely limiting your fats and oil choices does not limit your nutrition or culinary results; it just simplifies your healthy table!
