Recipes and Encouragement
Once you get the hang of sorbet, you’ll realize that you don’t need a recipe! It really is simple and beautiful.

Until that day, though, here are a few sorbet recipes originally found in the Recipe Box from Jamie’s personal collection. They’ll get you started.
Peach Sorbet

4 cups sliced peaches as ripe as you can get your hands on
-
1 cup maple syrup (optional)

Depending on the ripeness of the peaches you may or may not need any other ingredients. However the maple syrup and orange juice are a super combination either way.

Directions
-
Puree' just the peaches or all three ingredients in the blender then freeze in quart size freezer bags.

-
Spoon into dessert cups and enjoy.
