We hope you’ve downloaded and used the “How to Build a Pantry” chart  to make a purposeful plan for your kitchen.

If not, why not do it now? Simply download the chart here, print it out, and re-listen to the Part 1, Part 2, and How to Build Full Meals videos.

On the right side of the chart, fill in the foods, and recipes that you know your family will enjoy. Start right where you are with what you have, and build and improve from there. Use our suggestions printed in orange to give you ideas and get you started.

As you go through the six classes of the Table Transformation Course, you will begin to add to your plan, and before you know it, you’ll have a refrigerator full of Kitchen Magnet basics.

From these basics you can creatively plan and prepare each meal.

Following this course will ensure that your table is, indeed, a healing one, because it will feature healthy, nutrient-dense traditional foods.

And because it’s a purposeful, all-season plan, you can then focus on preparing food in peace, and serving it with love.
