Let’s gather the ingredients!

Here’s what we’ll need:

4 cups raw milk, heated gently until steaming
1/2 tsp. celtic salt
1/2 cup raw honey
2/3 cup unbleached flour OR rice flour (non-gluten)
Two pastured poultry eggs
2 TBS real butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Optional flavorings: cocoa (3 TBS.. or 1/2 cup if you’re Jamie Fiene), butterscotch, or maple (instead of vanilla)
